Just over three years ago, a group of 20 leaders got together and decided it was important to start a ministry — with Christ at The Center — that develops leaders to serve in the workplace in Memphis.

The group believed that if more leaders understood their purpose, deeply believed their destiny, and were able to fully deploy their gifts, not only would their lives be changed, but also the lives of all those they lead — greatly impacting families, organizations, and our great city!

The founding group of The Center - Memphis offered their prayers, time, gifts and financial resources to see The Center’s mission and vision become a reality. Today, God is making that vision a reality!

After 3 Year of The Center - Memphis  

• 1,000’s of leaders have listened to our speakers and participated in our group discussions — giving them an opportunity to better understand their purpose and believe their destiny, whether in person or online.
• Over 500 leaders have been advised about what to do next at work.
• Over 400 leaders have taken a personal gift assessment and have committed to more fully deploying their gifts at work.
• 100’s of leaders have been assisted in finding new work and new starts at work in Memphis.
• Many teams and entire organizations are now being led in a more Christ centered way — beginning to transform how people work in Memphis.

The Center’s Advisory Board has approved a new strategic plan to guide us toward more multiplying impacts — with Christ at the center — for the next 3 years.
