Just over five years ago, a group of 20 leaders got together and decided it was important to start a marketplace ministry to develop leaders in Memphis — with Christ at The Center.

The group believed that if more leaders understood their purpose, deeply believed their destiny, and were able to fully deploy their gifts, not only would their lives be changed, but also the lives of all they lead — impacting families, organizations, and our great city!

Today God is Making That Vision a Reality  

Over the last five years…

• 1,000’s of leaders have gained a transformative new perspective from our group sessions and digital content (over 1.5 million interactions) to date.
• Over 1,000 leaders have been personally advised on specific solutions to greatly improve their work.
• Over 850 leaders have taken a personal gifts assessment and have committed to more fully deploying their gifts at work.
• Over 300 people have been personally assisted in finding new work. 80,000 have visited our job board in the last 12 months. 
• Over 50 organizations – businesses and nonprofits – have been assisted in becoming healthier, refining their mission / purpose, communicating clearly, and reinforcing what matters.
